    We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online, allowing us to access your books anytime, anywhere, and keep them up-to-date.
  • I don't use QuickBooks Online. Can you still help me?
    Yes.
  • How is payroll handled?
    We handle payroll through QuickBooks Online Payroll.
  • Who sends W-2s and 1099s?
    W-2s are included in our payroll service, along with all federal, state, and local tax filings. We also manage vendor 1099s, including obtaining W-9s and issuing 1099s.
  • Should my books be done in cash or accrual?
    It depends on your business's complexity. Simple businesses often use cash basis accounting, while more complex ones use modified accrual accounting, incorporating loans, inventory, and assets.
  • Are your services tax deductible?
    Absolutely! As a business expense, our fees reduce your taxable income.
  • What industries do you serve?

    Our services are billed monthly, with invoices sent on the first of each month. You can pay via ACH or Credit/Debit Card.
  • What are tax-ready financials?
    Tax-ready financials are annual accounting data and reports ready for submission to our tax partner or your preferred tax preparer.
  • Who are your services for?

  • What if I need to change my service package?

    We are available by phone, email, and our client portal, aiming to respond by the end of the next business day.
  • What about monthly calls to review financials?
    Once the books are closed for the prior month, we'll share your reports via the client portal and invite you to schedule a Team Meeting to review them.
  • Are you available after hours?
    Our office hours are 9 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday. We value our time with family, friends, and hobbies.
  • How soon do I receive monthly reports?
    This depends on your service package. Reports could be available as soon as the 10th of the month.
  • Is there a long-term contract?
    No, our engagements are month-to-month. If you're not satisfied, let us know so we can address any issues. If it's still not a good fit, we’ll discuss how to conclude our working relationship.
  • Is the QuickBooks file mine?
    Yes, your financial records are 100% yours. You maintain ownership and can remove us as the accountant user if you decide to part ways.
