What tax-ready means

How it works
1. Diagnostic, $1,250 flat.
We review your file and your records. You get a written scope, the list of document gaps, and one flat cleanup price. No hourly billing. If the cleanup proceeds, the full $1,250 credits toward its price.
2. Documents.
You provide the statements and records on a checklist we give you. The 30-day clock starts the day the documents are complete. If we end up waiting on you, the clock pauses, and we tell you in writing.
3. The sprint.
Thirty days of cleanup: statement verification, transfer matching, duplicate removal, categorization, reconciliation.
4. Delivery.
Tax-ready books, the tie-out to your statements, and the open-items list. Monthly service after that is a separate conversation, only if you want it.
What it costs
The diagnostic is $1,250 flat. The cleanup is one flat price, quoted in writing from the diagnostic, half at the start of the sprint and half at delivery.
Who this is not for
If your books live only on paper, if you cannot produce bank statements, or if you are looking for someone to prepare your tax return, this is not the service. We prepare books for your tax preparer. We do not prepare returns, and we do not represent you before the IRS or the state. Online access to QuickBooks Online or Digits is required.
Availability
One cleanup sprint runs at a time. When a sprint is booked, the next start opens the following month. The diagnostic can be scheduled any time.
